Resonant Dealer Services LLC assists dealers in increasing sales and profitability using existing dealership resources. This is accomplished by expanding dealer service offerings, reorganizing and refocusing the sales process and developing internal processes that better equip employees to offer customers immediate and complete solutions on an ongoing basis.  Dave Baiocchi has been in the material handling business for 35 years as a sales manager, aftermarket director and dealer principal.  The programs he offers through RDS have helped dealers nationwide to increase profitability and raise customer satisfaction.
